COSE DELL’ALTRO PANE is active in the Gluten Free world since 2003, producing certified bakery products.

Our factory is authorized to GLUTEN FREE productions  under the D.L.111/92.

All of our raw material and food packaging supplier are qualified to manage gluten contamination.

Our handicraft production line of FOCACCIA SCHIACCIATA - BISCOTTERIA - PANETTONI - COLOMBE - MERENDINE MONOPORZIONE are monitored in every single phase.

Our packaging lines are equipped with METAL DETECTOR and WEIGHT CONTROL.

We collaborate with important Italian and foreign brands present in large-scale retail chains, for which we have been managing the AIC Certification for the BARRATA SPIGA for several years.

We develop new products on our own and on commission and collaborate with public and private research institutes.

On the occasion of EXPO 2015, COSE DELL'ALTRO PANE was chosen by the Ministry for Economic Development to represent the best Italian food production at the Italian Pavilion.
